Terms and Conditions

1. Types of people
• PARTNERS: refers to any user who posts or sends STL files related to hydraulic connections through the platform.
• MEMBER: any person who creates an account on the site. By registering, the MEMBER agrees to provide true and updated information, being expressly prohibited the use of false identity or third parties.
• BUYER or CUSTOMER: any user who makes the download of a STL file available on the site, is free or paid.
• VISITOR: any person who accesses the site without registering or logging in.

2. Object of the Site
This site works as a marketplace for selling or sharing STL files of special hydraulic connections designed for 3D printing. The platform acts as SELLER AND INTERMEDIARY between PARTNERS (content providers) and BUYERS, offering infrastructure for the display, transaction and distribution of files.

3. Registration and User Account
• Full use of the platform requires the creation of a MEMBER account.
• The user undertakes to provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information.
• It is forbidden to create multiple accounts, or accounts on behalf of third parties without authorization.
• The site reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

4. Responsibility for the Archives
• The PARTNERS are fully responsible for the content they provide on the platform.
• The submitted files must be of their own authorship, or have the proper distribution rights.
• It is strictly forbidden to make available content copied, protected by copyright without authorization, or that violates any law.

5. Intellectual Property
• All content provided by PARTNERS remains the property of their respective authors, unless otherwise agreed.
• The BUYER acquires a license for personal use of the downloaded files.
• Resale, redistribution, or any unauthorized commercial use of the downloaded content is prohibited.

6. Purchases, Payments and Commission
• The site will retain a commission on each sale made, as defined in the remuneration policy of the PARTNERS.
• Payments are processed through third party platforms (e.g., PayPal), subject to their own terms and fees.
• Digital products are not eligible for return after download, except in cases of proven defect in the file.

7. Platform’s responsibilities
• The platform acts only as an intermediary and is not responsible for the quality, functionality or print results of files provided by third parties.
• Site staff reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without notice.

8. Modifications to the Terms
• These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time.
• Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes automatic acceptance of the new terms.

9. Applicable Law
• These Terms are governed by Brazilian law.
• Any dispute will be resolved in the court of the county of Atibaia/ SP with exclusion of any other, however privileged it is.

10. CSTL Quality Seal
Some products available on the platform are developed and published directly by the team responsible for the site. These files are identified with a unique quality seal called “CSTL”, which certifies that:
• The design has been carefully crafted with focus on hydraulic efficiency, 3D printing optimization, and
Only products with the CSTL seal have this quality validation by the platform.
Files without the CSTL seal are the exclusive responsibility of the PARTNERS (users who publish the files). The platform does not guarantee the functionality or performance of these files and is not responsible for any problems arising from their use.
If the BUYER acquires a product without the CSTL seal and faces technical or operational problems, you may:
• To contact us, which may mediate, in an optional and non-mandatory way, the communication with the responsible developer/partner;
• Post a comment on the product page, reporting your experience with the file. Comments should be respectful, constructive and based on real experiences.

13. Pricing Policy and Commission
• The PARTNERS are completely free to define the sale price of their STL files published on the ConnectionsSTL marketplace, considering the net value, without including taxes.
• The ConnectionsSTL platform retains a fixed commission of 5%, already included in the final price defined by the partner (excluding taxes that may be added by the partner itself, depending on its location or tax regime).
• PARTNERS can adjust the prices of their files at any time, according to their sales strategy.
• The amount used as a basis for calculating the commission will be that in force at the time of confirmation of the order by the CUSTOMER on the site ConnectionsSTL.

14. Registration, Purchases and Confidentiality
To download any STL model available in the connectionsstl.com site library, the VISITOR must create an account and become a MEMBER of the platform. For this, it is necessary:
• Complete correctly all the information requested in the registration, declaring, under a commitment of honor, the veracity of the data provided;
• Be of legal age in accordance with the legislation of the country of residence.
When making a purchase, the MEMBER shall:
1. Add the desired digital file(s) to your shopping cart;
2. Make payment as described in these Terms and Conditions;
3. Confirm the order and payment.
Confirmation of the order implies:
• Full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale;
• the recognition that it has fully understood its content;
• The waiver of the application of any purchase conditions or terms other than those set forth herein.
ConnectionsSTL undertakes not to disclose personal data of its MEMBERS, except when required by law.
In the event that the platform is involved in legal proceedings relating to an acquired or downloaded CREATION, ConnectionsSTL may provide the competent authorities with the information necessary for the investigation of the case.
These conditions are accepted at the time of registration and remain valid for all future purchases. Any changes will be communicated to the MEMBERS, as provided in the preamble of these Terms.

15. Validation of the Request
Upon completion of the purchase, ConnectionsSTL will send the BUYER a confirmation email containing a summary of the order placed.
ConnectionsSTL reserves the right to refuse any order, at its discretion, proceeding with the full refund of the amount paid by the BUYER, where applicable.
The refund will be made using the same means of payment as the purchase or another equivalent method, within a period of up to 30 days.
The definitive acceptance of the order will be formalized by means of a confirmation email sent by ConnectionsSTL to the BUYER.
The data recorded and stored by the ConnectionsSTL platform constitute valid legal proof of all transactions carried out between the platform and its BUYERS.

16. Payment Terms
Payment for STL files purchased on the ConnectionsSTL platform is made exclusively online, through the secure PayPal payments service.
When choosing PayPal as a payment method, the BUYER will be redirected to the platform environment, where you can complete the transaction with:
• Credit card,
• PayPal account balance,
• Other methods provided by PayPal according to the country of the user.
All transactions are processed with encryption and security guaranteed by PayPal. ConnectionsSTL does not store or have access to the bank or credit card details of BUYERS.
The order will be considered valid only after confirmation of payment by PayPal. If the payment is not completed or refused, the order will be automatically cancelled.
ConnectionsSTL reserves the right to modify or include new payment methods in the future, according to the platform’s need or users’ preferences.
